We offer a range of shipping options, including standard and expedited services, with costs calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on destination.

Shipping Information
In-Stock items will be shipped within 21 business days, additional to freight time. Any revisions to an order, or purchase of backordered items may extend this timeline. Customers will receive an email notifying them when orders depart the warehouse for shipping. We recommend that you schedule installation after product arrival.
- Free shipping is available in the 48 contiguous States for flat pack (unassembled) orders over $2500
- Free shipping is available for assembled orders over $3500, in the following states: Wisconsin, Ohio, Delaware, Tennessee, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Mississippi, South Carolina, Michigan, New York, Alabama, North Carolina, Indiana, New Jersey, Kentucky, Georgia, and Maryland.
- Immeditaly inspect your order. While not necessary, it is recommended you take photos of your order, in the rare event that you need to make a freight claim.
- Ordered trim may come "loose" in a seperately packaged carton.
- In the event of any damage or missing items, please document it on the delivery receipt while the carrier representative is present. Do not refuse the delivery. If the shipment is refused, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the original delivery charges.
- Please be aware that finished plywood panels or skins may be placed at the bottom of the pallet, beneath cardboard, for optimal protection. These should not be confused with packing materials.
- The freight carrier has confirmed that the shipment left our facilities in good condition. By accepting the delivery and signing the receipt, you acknowledge that the product has arrived in good condition. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage if a clear receipt is provided to the carrier.
- Damaged or defective products should not be assembled or installed. Assembling or installing the item will be considered as the buyer’s acceptance of the product.
- All returns must be approved by Spend Less for Cabinets. To submit a request for approval, click here.
- It is the customers responsibility to set up return shipments.
- Request to return must be made within 30 calendar days of purchase.
- Any opened or assembled products are not eligible for return.
- All items returned in unopened original packaging will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Any items returned that are damaged, altered, or unsellable are not eligible for credit.
- A claim must be submitted before any replacements will be shipped.
- Please include images of the damage along with your Claim Ticket to assist with quality control and ensure the proper replacement parts are sent. For claims related to missing items, where damage photos aren't necessary, kindly provide a photo of your packing slip. Once we receive your ticket, our Replacements department will send a confirmation email within 48 hours and begin processing the shipment of replacements or parts. Please allow up to 10 business days for your replacement to be processed.
- The customer must receive the product in line with our shipping and receiving policy and may be asked to provide information to verify the claim. These policies are established by our freight carriers, and failure to comply may result in the loss of compensation.
- Damaged or defective items must not be assembled. Any assembly or installation confirms acceptance of an item.
- Any damage discovered after opening the package must be reported immediately upon unpacking the cabinets. Once the cabinets are assembled or altered in any way, we are unable to replace damaged items. Claims must be submitted within one week of delivery. If the claim is approved, only the damaged part will be replaced. Refunds will not be issued for damaged products.
